What to expect:

• It is important that all youth players have the ability to have both post work and guard work in their game

• Sessions include 30 Minutes of Post Based skills (Footwork, Post Finishes, Finishing in Contact, etc.)

• Sessions include 30 Minutes of Guard Based skills (Handles, Passing, Quickness, etc.)

• Feedback and instruction

Note: This program also gives you the option to add additional fitness training with APS.

5 week program:

Time: Sunday at 10:00-11:00 AM

Location: To be sent to registrants only (Court location is in St. John’s, NL)

Division: Court 1 (U10/U12 Male and Female) + Court 2 (U14/U16 Male and Female)

Start date: July 10th, 2023

End date: August 7th, 2023
