What to expect:

• Work on your game for 60 minutes with our trained coaches and instructors in a small group setting

• Post work, handles, shooting, fitness, and more will be focused on

Note: This program also gives you the option to add additional fitness training with APS.

5 week program:

Time and Location: Thursday at 6:30-7:30 PM at Paul Reynolds

Division: Court 1 (U10/U12 Male and Female) + Court 2 (U14/U16 Male and Female)

Start date: Week of July 10th, 2023

End date: Week of August 7th, 2023
