Elite and Academy combined: Saturdays 9:00-10:30 AM at 425 Topsail Road 

Elite: Sundays 10:00-11:30 AM at 425 Topsail Road

Academy: Sundays 8:30-10:00 AM at 425 Topsail Road

Needed:  Labelled Basketball (Size 6 or 28.5 ideally), Labelled Water Bottle, Indoor Shoes
